Who does RankSaga work with?

Accepted Answer

Government agencies, regulated commercial enterprises (banking, energy, healthcare, telecoms, industrials), prime contractors, and defence customers. Our reference defence deployment is currently in production for the Australian Armed Forces. We engage as a prime in selected programmes and as a subcontractor to primes, the value we bring is the same in either posture.

Are you a delivery vendor or an engineering team?

An engineering team. We write the application, backends, inference services, operator-facing interfaces, integration layers, then deploy and operate it inside the production environment. We are not a managed-services vendor and we are not a body-shop.

What environments do you operate inside?

Accepted Answer

Sovereign cloud, commercial cloud, on-premise, and air-gapped enclaves. For government and defence work we are most experienced operating up to PROTECTED in Australian environments, including air-gapped deployments, and we work to the customer's accreditation pathway in partner-nation environments. For commercial work we operate to the customer's regulatory framework (APRA, HIPAA-equivalents, ISO 27001, sector-specific controls).

How do engagements work?

Accepted Answer

Discovery is fixed-price, a written posture and build plan against real production constraints. Build engagements run time-and-materials with a defined scope and a hard budget cap. Operations runs as long as the customer requires.

Can you operate inside air-gapped environments?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we currently do, in production for the ADF. We deploy and operate AI software inside disconnected enclaves, with offline model lifecycles, hardened supply chains, and observability that does not call out. See our /defense/air-gapped-deployment/ capability.

Whose AI models do you use?

Accepted Answer

Workload-driven choice. Sovereign-hosted foundation models, customer-fine-tuned variants, and open-weight models we run inside the customer environment, selected based on residency posture, auditability requirements, and operational fit. Not by vendor preference.

What clouds do you deploy on?

Accepted Answer

Sovereign Microsoft Azure (our reference defence deployment), commercial Azure for regulated enterprise, AWS and AWS GovCloud-equivalents, and Google Cloud where Vertex AI, Gemini, or Anthos hybrid topologies are the right fit. On-premise and air-gapped where the workload requires.

Yes. For sensitive material, classified or commercially confidential, request our PGP key in your message and we will route the conversation through a secure channel before any specifics are exchanged.

Accepted Answer

Tell us about the workload or programme, the environment, and the operational constraints. We respond inside one business day. Most engagements start with a Discovery, a fixed-price posture and build-plan engagement that runs from a few weeks to a couple of months depending on scope.
